Fixed funny encoding stuff

It was stupid to have bytes turning into commented out CDATA so I revamped the interface a bit, making sure that you could clearly tell whether you were inserting CDATA, a comment, or javascript inline source (which must be a combination of both with /**/ thrown in there).
