Scribble Build Error on Linux

Description

The Scribble documentation fails to build under Linux because of a case error in the reference to the gfdl.scrbl file.

There were several instances where the case of a filename reference was not the same as that of the actual file. This wasn't a problem under Windows, but would fail to build the Scribble documentation under Linux.
