Staapl reference guide

This document serves as a reference for core Staapl forms, but can be read as a tutorial. We start with Scat, a concatenative and compositional language with threaded state, and move onwards to Coma and its composition and primitive definition mechanisms. Then we work our way up through Forth control words, prefix parsing words and the PIC18 backend.
